This position is an excellent opportunity for M.Pharm, Pharm D, and MSc Life Sciences graduates (freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience) who want to gain hands-on expertise in clinical research, post-marketing studies, and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:-

As a Clinical Project Associate at Zydus Healthcare, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Clinical Operations Manager and Medical team in planning and executing post-marketing studies.
  • Coordinating with CROs for protocol digitization, CRF development, agreements, and informed consent forms.
  • Tracking study progress through dashboards and resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Assisting in study initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
  • Supporting data management and contributing to Clinical Study Report (CSR) writing.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on clinical study progress.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to GCP guidelines and DCGI regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Medical, Marketing, Finance, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications:-

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:

  • Education:

    • M.Pharm / Pharm D
    • MSc in Life Sciences or Clinical Research

  • Experience:

    • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or related fields.

  • Skills:

    • Strong interest in post-marketing research studies.
    • Basic knowledge of clinical research processes preferred.
    • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet project timelines.
